Coming from one of the big 4 auditing firms, as a resource planner and learning and development coordinator, one of my main duties was to ensure that staff from all levels have the necessary skills to highly perform and grow within their roles.
I come from an environment where Seven Star Service was inculcated to all staff and I am excited to be part of LRMG as it does not only promote a high performance culture, but makes bold statement of becoming a performance benchmark, and I believe that LRMG’s Soul Statement aligns to my own. I am diligent, hardworking and willing to learn and I want to add value and make impact, no matter how small. Once I have the basic right under the tutelage of seniors – I want to go all the way.
When I am at work, I’ve been told that I’m humble and patient (I’d like to say I agree) but I am the opposite at home and I am quite a strict mom. One thing that I am extremely passionate about is teaching high school learners accounting in my neighbourhood and the joy I get when I see their test scripts when they have passed makes me want to do more.
I am excited to be part of such a dynamic team and look forward to more learning and growth opportunities.
